TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR THE SPYSKYTECH PLATFORM

These Terms of Use for the SpySkyTech Platform (“Terms of Use”) govern the access, use, and operation of the SpySkyTech Platform, available through the mobile and web application. The Platform is provided and managed by SPYSKYTECH DO BRASIL LTDA., a private legal entity registered with CNPJ under nº 53.457.117/0001-65, headquartered at Rua Luiz Gonzaga Bicudo, 931, room 522, Itu/SP, CEP 13.309-036 (“SpySkyTech” or “We”).

In the context of these Terms of Use, the expressions “User” or “You” refer to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the Platform. Users may be a “Master User,” that is, the individual designated by the Contracting Party responsible for indicating and managing the other users of the account. The “Contracting Party” is the one who entered into a service agreement with SpySkyTech and selected the plans and products to which the Users associated with it will have access. SpySkyTech and the Users may be referred to individually in these Terms of Use as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”

Reading, understanding, and accepting these Terms of Use are mandatory and indispensable conditions for registering and using SpySkyTech’s services. Anyone interested in using SpySkyTech’s services must, before completing their registration, read and accept these Terms of Use, in addition to the SpySkyTech Platform’s Privacy Policy, available at the link (“Privacy Policy”).

1. ABOUT THE SERVICES OFFERED BY SPYSKYTECH

1.1. SpySkyTech is a company that offers software as a service (SaaS) capable of transforming images captured by a variety of camera-equipped devices—including drones, robots, tablets, smartphones, IP cameras, Dome, and BodyCam—into valuable data through the use of advanced artificial intelligence (“AI”). Our service democratizes access to AI, making it accessible and economical, and surpasses human vision by enabling powerful image and video analysis with precision that exceeds traditional methods for this purpose. Additionally, our Platform offers continuous integration with various devices and data sources, providing a scalable and customizable solution to meet the
specific needs of each client in real-time. We also offer advanced monitoring and operation management tools, facilitating control and operational efficiency for users across multiple devices and viewers (“Services”).

1.2. The SpySkyTech Platform is entirely cloud-based and offers simplified usability, as well as being highly scalable and integrable. We transform ordinary cameras, drones, and smartphones into intelligent and autonomous
observation tools, powered by a range of advanced features, such as:
• Proactive Insights: Our AI not only detects but also prevents potential problems, anticipating needs before they manifest, enabling a quick and effective response.
• Automated Monitoring: Through continuous and automated monitoring, we increase accuracy and minimize human errors, ensuring
constant and reliable surveillance.
• Advanced Data Analysis: We convert large volumes of data into actionable insights, with deep and predictive analyses, supporting
strategic and informed decisions.
• Integrated Operations: Integrating all functionalities into a single platform ensures holistic control and more efficient management of all
operations.
• Scalable Solutions: We design our platform to scale operations effectively and economically, adjusting to the growth of clients’ needs
without requiring significant additional investments.
• Cost Efficiency: We optimize processes to significantly reduce operational costs, making the technology not only advanced but also
economically advantageous.

1.3. To access the Platform and its Services, it will be necessary to subscribe to one of the service package options, which will be duly provided during the budgeting process.

1.4. The type of service package, as well as other functionalities and additional features included, will be reflected in the Commercial Proposal agreed upon between the Contracting Party and SpySkyTech.

1.5. SpySkyTech specializes in the development and provision of AI software for image and data analysis and hereby informs that it does not manufacture, sell, or supply drones, cameras, or any other type of hardware. The contracted product is exclusively the technological solution, which is made available to clients through a Software Development Kit (SDK).

1.5.1. A list containing the hardware compatibility for each product will be provided and should be consulted by the Contracting Party before the actual subscription of the Services.

1.5.2. The Contracting Party must provide its own compatible devices (drones, cameras, smartphones, etc.) for using our software for its Users. SpySkyTech is not responsible for any issues related to the hardware used by the Contracting Party, including but not limited to acquisition, maintenance, or compatibility of the hardware with our software.

1.6. Once the Services are subscribed to, the Contracting Party will have access to all functionalities included in the Service Package, as well as any additional AI functionalities that are included in the subscription.

1.6.1. If the User chooses not to continue the subscription of a certain functionality, they may still access it during the current month of the monthly payment. After this period, the User will no longer have access to that functionality until it is subscribed again.

1.7. The Services can only be accessed by the Master User and other Users defined by the Master User, and only the Master User will be authorized to change data entered into the Platform. Therefore, SpySkyTech recommends that the Contracting Party exercise caution and diligence when choosing its Master User and when storing any access data (login and passwords) for the Platform.

1.7.1. The Contracting Party is solely and exclusively responsible for controlling access to the Services.

2. HOW TO ACCESS AND REGISTER ON THE SPYSKYTECH PLATFORM

2.1. Using the Platform will necessarily depend on equipment and devices connected to an internet network, which must be independently obtained and subscribed by the User. Access and use of the Platform may be impaired due to the version of the operating system of the User’s device or the technical conditions of the devices used by the User. The suitability and updating of devices, browsers, or operating system versions for the functioning of the Platform is the responsibility of the User.

2.2. SpySkyTech is not responsible for any damages suffered due to the discontinuation and/or alteration of old versions of the Platform. Therefore, we recommend that You access the Platform frequently to check for new updates.

2.3. Use of the Platform is limited to Users over the age of 18 (eighteen) with full legal capacity to contract the Services.

2.4. At the time of contracting the Services provided by SpySkyTech, the Contracting Party must establish the login and password of the Master User, who will be responsible for creating the logins and passwords of the other Users linked to the Contracting Party’s account.

2.5. To use the Platform, You will need to access it with your login and password and register by providing SpySkyTech with all the information requested in the registration forms, which will be subject to our Privacy Policy. You will be responsible for checking if all data on the Platform is correct and up-to-date at the time of registering the information, even in the case of automatic data filling by SpySkyTech. Therefore, when registering, You guarantee the accuracy, clarity, authenticity, legality, validity, and updating of the information provided.

2.6. The login and password for accessing the Platform are confidential and the exclusive responsibility of each User. Access by a third party to your account on the Platform may give this third party access to your data, including personal data and confidential information from reports and documents that You have access to. Thus, if You have any reason to believe that the confidentiality of this information has been compromised, you should contact SpySkyTech immediately.

2.7. The login for accessing the Platform is for personal and non-transferable use and may not be, in any way, assigned to third parties, even temporarily. If it is necessary to modify any data, You should do so through the Platform itself, through SpySkyTech’s customer service channels, or via email at legal@sst.vision.

2.8. SpySkyTech reserves the right to use all valid and possible means to confirm your identity and verify compliance with the requirements for using the Platform, including requesting copies of your documents to verify the accuracy of your registration information. If SpySkyTech finds that your registration contains inaccurate or outdated data, You acknowledge and agree that you will have a period of 2 (two) business days to make the necessary corrections and that, if you do not, SpySkyTech may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account.

3. RULES FOR USING THE SPYSKYTECH PLATFORM

3.1. SpySkyTech may deny or restrict the use of the Platform to any User for security reasons, in case of suspected fraud, illegal activity, use of third-party data, or in case of violation or suspected violation of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, or applicable legislation, at its sole discretion and without the need for any proof or prior notice to the User.

3.2. By accepting these Terms of Use, You agree to make proper and lawful use of the Platform and Services, in accordance with applicable legislation, these Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy. Thus, by proceeding, You shall:

a. Comply with all applicable laws and not use the Platform for illegal purposes or effects contrary to applicable legislation, these Terms of Use, or the Privacy Policy, that are harmful to the interests or rights of SpySkyTech, other Users, or third parties, or that may in any way harm, disable, or deteriorate the Platform or prevent the normal use of the Platform by other Users;

b. Not destroy, alter, disable, or otherwise damage data, programs, or electronic documents and others available on the Platform;

c. Not penetrate or test the vulnerability of the Platform or any SpySkyTech system, nor violate or attempt to violate its security or authentication measures;

d. Not introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems and not engage in acts that may cause damage or harm to the Platform, SpySkyTech, other Users, or third parties, including through the publication or transmission of any file containing contaminating or destructive software;

e. Not employ software, techniques, and/or devices with the intent to misuse the Platform for practices harmful to SpySkyTech, other Users, or third parties;

f. Not falsify, omit, or simulate IP addresses, network or email addresses in an attempt to hide identity or authorship or to hold innocent third parties responsible;

g. Not replicate information available on the Platform for commercial purposes without prior consent;

h. Respect the copyrights and intellectual property of SpySkyTech, other Users, and third parties, and not appropriate intellectual property or content from SpySkyTech or other Users, through any mechanism;

i. Not copy, assign, license, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, distribute, share, reproduce, donate, alienate in any way, make available, give access to the Platform or the contents available on the Platform, nor transfer totally or partially, under any modalities, free or onerous, temporarily or permanently, the Platform software, as well as its modules, parts, manuals, or any information related to it, including any content from SpySkyTech or other Users;

j. Not decompile or promote, and/or facilitate, any reverse engineering, improper access, or attempt at reverse engineering or improper access, to the source code of the Platform;

k. Not reproduce, adapt, modify and/or use, in whole or in part, for any purpose, the Platform or any content from SpySkyTech or other Users, without express authorization, nor make access available to third parties;

l. Not access the programming areas of the Platform, its database, or any other set of information that is part of the administrative activity;

m. Not use the Platform with the aim of developing or operating a product similar to or competing with the Platform or any other product or service from SpySkyTech, or facilitate access to the Platform by a competitor of SpySkyTech;
and

n. Not engage in acts contrary to morality, law, and public order, including but not limited to pornography, corruption, money laundering, privacy violations, among others.

3.3. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SpySkyTech and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any charges, actions, or demands, including but not limited to court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from: (i) any misuse of the Platform; (ii) violation of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, or applicable laws and regulations; (iii) use of personal data in violation of data protection legislation or the terms agreed in these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy; and (iv) any claims related to any action or omission or any other form related to the use of the Platform.

4. VALUES

4.1. Use of the Platform is conditioned on the payment, by the Contracting Party linked to the Master User and other Users, of the values negotiated between the parties, following the parameters defined in the Service Packages and the previously agreed conditions (such as the number of cameras and any optional additional features included) in the Commercial Proposal.

4.2. SpySkyTech reserves the right to change, at any time, the values practiced, and such change must be previously notified to the Contracting Party through the contact details provided at the time of registration. If the Contracting Party disagrees with the change in values, it should then cease using the SpySkyTech Platform and all contracted Services.

4.3. The Contracting Party hereby acknowledges and agrees that the values will be adjusted annually according to INPC/IBGE, or another index that may be designated by the competent authorities, counting from the date of contracting the Services, with the calculation base always being the current and effective value. The adjustment index to be used for each period will be the accumulated index of the last 12 (twelve) months prior to the adjustment date.

4.4. In case of non-payment of any amounts due for the contracted Services, SpySkyTech may block or partially suspend all accounts linked to the Contracting Party and the respective functionalities of the Platform until payments are regularized.

4.4.1. In addition to the suspension of access to the Services mentioned above, the delay in payment of any amount due may subject the Contracting Party to the payment of a penalty of 2% (two percent) on the respective installment, plus late payment interest at a rate of 1% (one percent) per month, and monetary correction based on the INPC/IBGE, calculated pro rata die between the due date and the payment date.

5. RESPONSIBILITY

5.1. SpySkyTech will not be responsible under any circumstances, even in a subsidiary or joint liability, for:

a. Acts of the Master Users and other Users;

b. Any losses suffered by the User due to the unavailability or instability of the Platform, suspension of access to the Platform, system failures, or the Platform’s servers or its connectivity with the internet in general, the User must
maintain, at their own expense, telecommunication lines, internet access, communication software, email address, and other resources necessary for communication with SpySkyTech;

c. Situations of Force Majeure or Fortuitous Events, as provided for in article 393 of the Brazilian Civil Code;

d. Damage caused by harmful programs to the Platform;

e. Direct or indirect damages, lost profits, losses, or expenses, arising from the use or performance of the Platform, the unavailability or instability of the Platform, or the suspension of access to the Platform;

f. Damages that third parties may experience due to any information and data entered by Users on the Platform;

g. Damages that the User, patients, or third parties may experience due to the application of any conduct suggested or employed by the analysis of the clinical case;

h. Damages or losses arising from delays or inability to use the Platform;

i. Loss or improper use of information sent through the Platform;

j. Damages resulting from reliance placed by the User on any information provided by other Users; and/or

k. Confidential information leaks caused by the Users.

5.2. The Contracting Party declares and warrants that it is solely and exclusively responsible for its Users and the data and information entered on the Platform, including any data changes made by the Master User.

5.3. SpySkyTech provides software solutions that use AI technologies for image and data analysis and processing. It is important to note that, despite our continuous efforts to improve the accuracy and reliability of our algorithms, AI depends on complex variables and a large volume of data that can influence the results obtained. SpySkyTech does not guarantee that the results generated by using our software will always be accurate or error-free. The responsibility for verifying and interpreting the data generated by the Services lies solely with the User. SpySkyTech will not be responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from the use of the information provided by the Services, including but not limited to decisions made based on this information.

5.3.1. The Services offered by SpySkyTech are designed to be used according to the specifications and purposes described in the materials provided by SpySkyTech, including manuals, documentation, and product descriptions. Any use of the Services that deviates from the purposes for which they were designed, including misuse or illegal use of the technology, is strictly prohibited. The User is responsible for ensuring that the use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

5.3.2. SpySkyTech will not be responsible for any misuse of the Services or any damages resulting from such use deviated from its initially contracted function. This includes but is not limited to deviations of purpose, improper handling of data, or erroneous interpretations that may lead to incorrect conclusions or harmful actions to the Contracting Party, Users, or third parties.

5.3.3. By using SpySkyTech software, the User acknowledges and agrees to these limitations and assumes full responsibility for the use and results obtained through the AI technology provided.

5.4. SpySkyTech only requests information and personal data through emails whose domains are @sst.vision. SpySkyTech is not responsible for any fraudulent electronic communications that collect personal data from its Users
(phishing).

5.5. Under no circumstances will SpySkyTech be responsible for indirect damages or losses of any kind caused to third parties, as well as for lost profits or revenue of any kind by Users, including but not limited to data corruption or
loss, failure to transmit or receive data, business continuity issues, or any other commercial loss or damage, arising or related to the use or inability to use the platform, for any other reason.

5.6. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS OF USE IS INTENDED TO EXCLUDE OR LIMIT ANY CONDITION, WARRANTY, RIGHT, OR LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LEGALLY EXCLUDED OR LIMITED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR LOSSES AND DAMAGES. CONSEQUENTLY, ONLY THE LIMITATIONS THAT ARE PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE USER’S JURISDICTION WILL APPLY. IN CASES WHERE EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY IS NOT POSSIBLE, BUT LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS LEGALLY APPLICABLE, SPYSKYTECH’S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE VALUE OF THE CONTRACTED SERVICE PACKAGE.

6. USE AND WARRANTY OF THE PLATFORM

6.1. SpySkyTech informs its Users that the Platform may present availability and continuity limitations in its operation due to maintenance or actions beyond the control and management of SpySkyTech. SpySkyTech does not guarantee the availability, continuity, and infallibility of the Platform’s operation, nor of the Users and their own services and products, and is exempt from any responsibility for damages that may be generated as a result of this or due to the interruption of the Platform’s operation or computer failures beyond SpySkyTech’s control, telephone breakdowns, shutdowns, delays, or blockages caused by deficiencies or overloads in telephone lines, data centers, the Internet system, or other electronic systems, or any other damages that may be caused by third parties through unauthorized interference beyond SpySkyTech’s control.

6.2. SpySkyTech makes every effort to prevent failures, viruses, or incidents in its own systems (hardware and software), but cannot guarantee the absence of these or other potentially harmful elements that may cause changes in programs, applications, devices, or equipment of its visitors, nor does it assume responsibility for damages that may be generated as a result.

6.3. You agree and accept that the use of the Platform and any of its contents is at your sole and exclusive responsibility, and the Platform is provided as is. Thus, SpySkyTech does not guarantee that:

a. Access to the Platform, its content, and/or its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free;

b. The Platform and the services will meet the needs of the Contracting Party;

c. The Platform will operate timely and securely;

d. The content available or generated on the Platform will be accurate or completely reliable;
and/or

e. Any errors in the content or the Platform will be effectively corrected.

7. RIGHTS OF SPYSKYTECH

7.1. SpySkyTech may, at its sole discretion:

a. Suspend, modify, or terminate, in whole or in part, the functionalities or activities of the Platform;

b. Conduct any investigation, analysis, or internal data review related to the use of the Platform by the User and adopt any corrective measures to address issues, prevent fraud, meet User requests, and any other necessary actions to preserve the integrity of the Platform and Users;

c. Block or suspend, without prior notice, the User’s access to the Platform, temporarily or permanently, in case of non-compliance or suspected non-compliance with any of the obligations assumed herein, the Privacy Policy, or applicable legal regulations; and/or

d. Set prices for offering certain Solutions, functionalities, and/or services, even if initially offered free of charge, with prior communication via the email address provided by the User or notification on the Platform itself, with the use of these after such notification being considered as User’s agreement to such prices.

7.2. The removal, blocking, or suspension of any content or functionality of the Platform due to a complaint or identification of points to be improved should always be understood as SpySkyTech’s intention to avoid damages and losses in good faith, never as an acknowledgment
of guilt, assumption of responsibility, or attribution of any rights to third parties.

7.3. You may not assign the rights and obligations arising from these Terms of Use without the prior written consent of SpySkyTech. SpySkyTech, on the other hand, may assign them without the need to obtain your prior consent, by simply notifying you. Additionally, SpySkyTech may make any change in its corporate control and/or sell the Platform without the need for prior authorization or communication to you.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

8.1. The content found on the SpySkyTech Platform is owned by SpySkyTech or licensed to it, and is subject to intellectual property rights in accordance with Brazilian laws and international treaties and conventions to which Brazil is a signatory. For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the content found on the SpySkyTech Platform includes, without limitation, texts, elements, source codes, programs, tools, software, design, scripts, graphical images, photos, sounds, music, videos, files, icons, designs, layouts, teaching materials, algorithms, interactive features, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade dress, “look and feel,” etc.

8.2. By using the SpySkyTech Platform, the Services, and any of SpySkyTech’s software, the User does not acquire any intellectual property rights or other exclusive rights, including patents, designs, trademarks, copyrights, or any rights over confidential information or trade secrets, about or related to the SpySkyTech Platform or part of it.

8.3. SpySkyTech may use the name, images, trademarks, logos, and other distinctive signs of the Contracting Party on its SpySkyTech Platform and in all its dissemination channels and media, both internal and external, including but not limited to its website, social media, and materials intended for the public, printed or digital, for the purpose of composing advertising, promotional, and/or institutional materials, at the sole discretion of SpySkyTech, which the Contracting Party understands and fully agrees with. In turn, the Contracting Party may not use SpySkyTech’s name, trademark, logo, symbol, or image in communication media, competitions, tenders, self-advertising, or any other acts or contracts as a reference to the services, without prior written authorization from SpySkyTech.

8.4. The User is aware and agrees that all content submitted to SpySkyTech or the SpySkyTech Platform (including reviews, feedback, testimonials, suggestions, complaints, ideas, information, comments, contacts, and interactions by any means with SpySkyTech, as well as the data and information used, generated, and linked to transactions executed on the SpySkyTech Platform) automatically becomes the property of SpySkyTech, which will be the sole and exclusive owner of the intellectual property rights over said content. If the assignment of intellectual property rights over the content created by the User and shared with SpySkyTech is prohibited by applicable laws, the User hereby grants SpySkyTech an exclusive, global, free, unlimited, irrevocable license valid for perpetuity (or the maximum protection period allowed by law), for the use and exploitation of the content, in any way it deems appropriate, and at its sole discretion.

8.5. All information exchanged between the Parties within the scope of using the SpySkyTech Platform will be treated as confidential. Any disclosure will depend on the express and written authorization of the disclosing party.

8.6. Information that: (i) is public domain at the time of its disclosure to the receiving party, or that becomes public domain without the contribution of the receiving party, its directors, shareholders, or quotaholders; (ii) is in the possession of the receiving party, its directors,
shareholders, or quotaholders at the time of its disclosure, provided that such possession is duly documented and immediately brought to the attention of the disclosing party; and (iii) is independently developed by the Parties without using the information exchanged within the scope of the SpySkyTech Platform, will not be considered confidential.

9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

9.1. The processing of personal data by SpySkyTech, including the sharing of personal data between the parties, will be restricted strictly to the specific and legitimate purposes described in the Commercial Proposal, the Terms of Use, and the SpySkyTech Privacy Policy.

9.2. SpySkyTech commits not to use personal data for any purpose that is not in accordance with the aforementioned documents, unless expressly agreed in writing between the parties. Any change in the purposes of personal data processing will require communication to the Contracting Party through the appropriate means and communication to the data subjects.

9.3. SpySkyTech commits to adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

10. ACCOUNT CANCELLATION

10.1. The Contracting Party may request the cancellation of their account on the Platform, terminating their relationship with SpySkyTech, by making a request via email to contact@sst.vision, with a minimum notice of 30 (thirty) business days.

10.2. In case of cancellation, the Contracting Party will have a period of 10 (ten) days to back up all information entered on the Platform, under penalty of losing access to documents with account deactivation.

10.3. In any case of account cancellation, SpySkyTech will deactivate the account of the Master User and other associated Users, preventing access to the Platform. The User’s data will be treated as provided in the Privacy Policy.

11. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

11.1. SpySkyTech will provide support to Users linked to the SpySkyTech Platform through the opening of support tickets (“Tickets”) to resolve doubts about the use of the SpySkyTech Platform and operational resources, and to overcome alerts, warnings, errors, or unexpected behaviors of the SpySkyTech Platform.

11.2. Tickets can be opened through the available channels on the SpySkyTech Platform, and the standard support provided by SpySkyTech will operate from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm.

12. GENERAL PROVISIONS

12.1. These Terms of Use will be considered as an extrajudicial enforcement title in favor of each of the Parties, binding the Parties and their successors by any title.

12.2. In case any provision of these Terms of Use is considered null, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the other provisions will not be affected or limited in any way. The lack or delay of any of the Parties in exercising any of the powers or rights granted in these Terms of Use, or in requiring their compliance, will not be interpreted as a waiver of such rights or powers nor affect the total or partial validity of the Terms of Use, nor the right

of the respective Party to subsequently exercise such powers or rights, except as otherwise provided by law or contract.

12.3. Users may not partially or fully assign these Terms of Use, nor the obligations and rights derived from them, to third parties.

12.4. SpySkyTech is free to offer the SpySkyTech Platform and its Services to any third parties, as well as to enter into agreements, contracts, and partnerships with any third parties, as it deems appropriate.

12.5. No partnership, association, joint venture, agency, consortium, representation mandate, or joint liability will be established between the Parties by virtue of these Terms of Use and other applicable documents entered into between the Parties, nor any employment relationship, obligation, or liability between one Party and the other concerning the professionals made available by the other Party for the execution of the object of these Terms of Use, with all charges resulting from current legislation concerning their own employees being the exclusive responsibility of each Party.

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

13.1. These Terms of Use will be governed and interpreted exclusively according to the laws of Brazil.

13.2. Before initiating any legal proceedings, SpySkyTech and the Contracting Party commit to attempting to resolve the conflict amicably. If such a procedure is unsuccessful, SpySkyTech and the Contracting Party may submit any claims related to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, or the Platform to the Brazilian Judiciary, electing the Jurisdiction of the Contracting Party’s location as the sole competent venue to resolve such disputes, excluding any other, however privileged it may be.

13.3. SpySkyTech may, at any time, modify these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy at its sole discretion.
